By composing Nautilus for pedagogical sessions, Denis Dufour wanted to hear and comment on all the steps from the design to the realization of the work: the statement of the project, the musical idea, the soundings, the transformations made on the material, the assemblies, the mixings, the arrangement of the sequences, the articulations, the variations, the intermediate tests.
